Girginler uses composite materials which are strengthened with fiberglass alloy and safe in respect of electrostatics im assembly fixtures production as raw material. It makes available polyester, epoxy and vinylester in its raw material structural matrix. Girginler solder fixtures which are used wave solder process have excellent chemical resistance properties against all materials used on PCB in general. Just the surfaces to be soldered are exposed to solder wave thanks to fixtures. Solder fixtures which are rather determined dimensionally throughout use time also furnish services with the values of low creep, bend and torsion. |

The areas not to be soldered are masked within a track and the surfaces to be soldered are provided to be over appropriate height above solder wave and then solder process is completed. Solder fixture materials have 300°C temperature and high bending resistance of 350 N/mm2 (Flexural Str.). The materials never get solder and all connection elements on fixture are stainless steel elements. Besides, Fixtures have a great advantage in their process with wave solder thanks to having very low heat conduction. In this wise, heat that is transferred to fixture and PCB over wave or furnace is less than metal fixtures. Heat taken disperses through PCB uniformly instead of effecting regionally.
