PLASTIC PRODUCTION

                 Girginler Plastik Production Department carries into effect productions of plastic pieces compatible with customer requests with its specialist staff, trained and experienced in modern machine racetrack and its subject.

                 It processes nearly 10 ton plastic raw material monthly and equips nearly 2,000,000 semi-finished products to be assembled.

                 The products that are produced in Injection Press Unity in which several product items are pressed simultaneously take out from moulds with almost zero leakage.

                 Vise closure forces of injection machines that we use in plastic production department vary between 60-200 ton and products up to average 500 gram are manufactured.
