•            Ability to plan our employees’ trainings at the level that is not under annual 20 persons /hour
•            Ability to get continuously a satisfaction value above 95 % in customer satisfaction analysis
•            Maintaining our current customers and business capacity in our portfolio with at least 5 % increase each year
•            Getting efficiency over sector average in management of Human Resources by calculating the production per person.
