MOULD PRODUCTION

                  Mould production is realized after preparing plans required for production in mould section following design stage. We believe that our knowledge and experience concerning mould production is capable of meeting local or international customer demands

                  We realize our mould production by using certficated import material on our benchs all of which are computer-controlled with high sensitivity and low tolerance with CAD-CAM TECHNOLOGY our dynamic staff.


                  We are conscious about the fact that the most important factor in mould production is producing long-lived moulds with the lowest cost.

                  An excellent product in respect of quality, aesthetics and economy cannot be obtained without using a high quality mould. Therefore, Materials that we use in mould production are the materials which are used in plastic mould production in modern world.

                  We also produce in our mouldhouse all equipments required for adaptation of the mould to the machine as a supplemental for mould production.

                  Before sending customer the mould completed, sample presses are made in our company undoubtedly.
