The aim of Design Team is creating product and plastic injection mould design to meet customer demands in of high quality, fast and economic way and prepare for the production firstly as much as possible. To accomplish this, we work through the highest technology and our specialist staff from design to shipment.
Work steps followed at design stage are as follows:
- Setting customer demands,
- Conducting design activities in accordance with customer demands,
- Examination and approval of the designs by the customer in three-dimensional computer medium,
- Designing certified piece mould in Varametrics (cad) and Auton (cam) programs,
- Arranging design documents and beginning to production stage.
